Privacy

The short version: the files you open here are never uploaded, so there is nothing for us to store, read, share or leak.

What happens to a file you open

When you choose a PDF or an image, your browser reads it into the memory of the open tab. The processing code — already downloaded as part of the page — works on that in-memory copy and produces a new file, which your browser then saves to your device. At no point is the file, or any part of it, sent over the network.

Closing or reloading the tab discards everything. There is no cache, no temporary server folder and no queue.

What we do not collect

No documents or images. No file names, page counts or extracted text. No accounts, no email addresses, no passwords — including the passwords you type into the encryption tool, which are used in the page and then discarded.

What is requested from the network

Loading a page fetches the usual website assets: HTML, styles, scripts, fonts and the processing engines themselves. Your web host and browser can see those requests, as with any website. They contain no information about your files.

Cookies and analytics

The tools set no tracking cookies and require no consent banner to function. Any aggregate traffic measurement is limited to anonymous page-level counts and never includes file data.

Third parties

There are no third-party processors handling your documents, because no third party ever receives them. Read more about how the local processing works or about our security model.
