EXCEL to PDF Converter

Turn spreadsheets (.xlsx, .xls, .csv) into tidy, bordered PDF tables.

Spreadsheets print badly by default — columns split across pages and headers vanish. This converter reads every sheet in your browser and redraws it as a bordered table with sized columns and a header row that repeats, on portrait or landscape pages. The workbook stays on your device.

  4. 4

    Download

Save the PDF, ready to print or send.

Features and benefits

  • Every sheet included

Each sheet starts on its own page, labelled with its name.

  • Repeating header row

Long tables keep their header when they spill onto new pages.

  • Sized columns

Column widths follow the content so nothing is squashed.

  • CSV supported

Plain comma-separated files convert exactly like workbooks.

Supported formats and limits

Excel workbooks (.xlsx, .xls) and comma-separated files (.csv). Cell values are converted as displayed; charts and images are not included.

Everything runs inside your browser tab, so the practical ceiling is your device's available memory rather than an upload limit. Documents up to roughly 100 MB work comfortably on a modern laptop; very large files are best handled a few at a time, and closing the tab clears all of it instantly.
