PDF to EXCEL Converter

Pull tables and rows out of your PDF into an editable spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv).

Numbers locked in a PDF are numbers you cannot sum. This converter reads every text run with its exact position, groups them into rows and works out where the columns sit, then writes a real spreadsheet with one sheet per page. Statements, invoices and reports stay on your device the whole time.

How it works

  1. 1

    Select the PDF

Drop in the statement, invoice or report.

  2. 2

    Convert

Rows and column positions are detected page by page.

  3. 3

    Check the summary

Sheet, row and column counts are shown when it finishes.

  4. 4

    Download

Take the .xlsx for Excel, or the .csv for anything else.

Features and benefits

  • Column detection

Column edges are inferred from where text actually starts across the page.

  • One sheet per page

Page structure is preserved instead of being flattened into one blob.

  • Excel and CSV

Both files are produced from the same pass — use whichever fits.

  • Sized columns

Column widths are set from the content so the sheet is readable on opening.

Supported formats and limits

Any unencrypted PDF with real text; output is an .xlsx workbook plus a .csv. Scanned pages contain no text — run OCR PDF first.

Everything runs inside your browser tab, so the practical ceiling is your device's available memory rather than an upload limit. Documents up to roughly 100 MB work comfortably on a modern laptop; very large files are best handled a few at a time, and closing the tab clears all of it instantly.
